Bloom Engineering
A few upgrades, including a gravity underground for new service sinks, gas redistribution, and new airdrop locations, helped define the plumbing scope that followed a General Contractor directed bathroom renovation. This 2 phase project was a collaborative effort to design and install a mechanically updated office and warehouse in their new Alta Vista Business Park location.
Barchemy
DPI assisted in completely remodeling and re-designing the current Barchemy ‘Custom Confectionery Needs’ building. Plumbing upgrades included re-routing water distribution, DWV, and a new exterior grease trap to enhance the appearance and performance of this custom ingredient manufacturer in Donora, PA. DPI is also plumbing their Barchemy “Peanut” (New Build) addition next door in 2023.

DPI performed this 2 stage project in less than a year to add (2) lobby bar areas for the downtown Pittsburgh tourist destination. A fully renovated and upgraded lobby is visible upon entry with new floor sinks, drainage, and vent piping, as well as a grease trap and water distribution to make these bar/service areas Allegheny code compliant and ready to accommodate their loyal guests.
