Bakery Barn

Newly located in Alta Vista Business Park, Charleroi, PA, DPI designed and plumbed this 40,000 square foot production facility with a sanitary line, grease line, trench drains, water distribution, and gas to serve a state-of-art breakfast bar production facility.

Haddads (West Mifflin)

DPI was contracted to plumb (2) new buildings for this highly visible trucking enterprise. Site work utilities, sanitary, oil sanitary, water, and gas distribution systems are all part of this 2022 plumbing scope in West Mifflin PA., a mere 4 miles from the DPI shop.

Goddard School

In Hampton Township, DPI was contracted in 2022 to install a complete system from underground to the trim phase. Water service and gas service utility lines were added as the project developed to provide Goddard with a full-scale new build commercial learning institution.

Lot 6 Alta Vista Business Park

This 2023 multi-faceted project involves three separate owner’s storage facilities. DPI is installing plumbing systems for PSS, Bakery Barn, and Model Cleaners. This particular scope includes sanitary, water, and gas, with plumbing fixtures and finishes.
