Don Holtz Sr. took DPI from a small plumbing service entity to a fully commercial plumbing enterprise by contracting work with major contractors and companies over the last 40 years. He started his career in the field under Frank DePasquali during the company’s early days. Don transferred that mechanical field experience and mixed it with a natural knack for business. He can be credited with developing DPI into what it is today, a commercial and industrial company and partner to many contractors and corporations.

Don Holtz Jr. attended the University of Arizona (Bachelors degree) and earned a Master’s degree shortly after from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. He attended Mon Yough Plumbing School Apprenticeship Program for his journeyman license and master’s license in plumbing. He later taught 3 years within that same program. His focus is to expand DPI’s capabilities while highlighting the company’s existing talents. Don Jr. is an accomplished senior estimator and heads up all sales and negotiations. He is currently the company’s vice president. His favorite role is as a husband and devoted father to his three daughters.
